Linking position of two text boxes

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hi, I have a slide with two text boxes. The first text box is located
right above the second one. When I add new text to the top text box,
it overlaps with the second textbox. Is it possible to write VBA code
that will dynamically move the bottom textbox down when the size of
the top box increases?

PS. I use PowerPoint 2003
.
