One other way to get the concentric circles is to:
1. Display the grid on the slide using View | Grid and Guides... and turn it on.
2. Click on the Oval autoshape from the Drawing toolbar.
3. Select a location on the grid where the grid lines intersect and draw a cirle while keeping Ctrl and Shift pressed.
4. Draw the largest circle first.
5. Repeat steps 2 thru 3 for as many circles as needed.
