Is it possible to crop a square photo into an oval shaped photo
Instructions for PPT 97-2003:
Ensure that drawing toolbar is visible at bottom of PPT program's window.
Click on the Oval shape and then go to slide. Place oval the size and shape
you want it on the slide. Right click the oval and left click Format
AutoShape. On Colors and Lines tab click Color: dropdown. Click Fill
effects, Picture tab, Select Picture... Drill down to the location of your
picture and select and insert it. OK out and the picture will take the size
and shape of the oval. It can't be cropped within the oval after insertion.
You may have to crop it before selecting it in a graphics editing program.
PPT 2007 Instructions:
Click the oval shape on the Home tab, Drawing section on the ribbon. Create
the oval the size and shape you want it on the slide. Right click and click
Format Shape. Under Fill, click button on Picture or texture fill. In the
Insert from: File, drill down to the picture you want. Click on it and then
click Insert. The same information about precropping holds true that I
specified in the above instructions hold true for 2007.
Hope this helps, let us know.
