How can I install both versions of PowerPoint on the same computer? I need
this for training both versions.
When you install, opt for the custom install. Install each to a different folder.
So, if you have PPT 2003 already installed, then put in your 2007 discs, opt for a custom install when prompted, rename the folder from, for example, C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office 2007.
I usually choose "run all from my computer," but that's your choice.
If you're installing all of Office, you can only have one version of Outlook installed. I'd opt for Outlook 2007. It will uninstall Outlook 2003 automatically, I believe. But make sure the install doesn't uninstall *all* the Office 2003 applications.
