I'm afraid I'm unable to reproduce this problem - I can use the MS add-in to
create pdfs of notes pages when there are pictures that go beyond the edges
of the slides. So I don't think the fact the images are lrger than/hang of
edges of the slides is the issue. How large is the file? Exactly what
options are you selecting when generating the pdf? Are you having any other
issues relating to 2007?

I am trying to make a PDF of a presentation where the presenter put

slides with a collage of images. Because she is busy and efficient, she
sized
images where she wanted them and dragged them over the slide and arranged

front-back order to get her desired effect. This left lots of borders of
images outside the slide. Now when I try to generate a PDF with notes to

Why cant PPT 2007 make pdfs of slides when a pic goes beyond the slide
margin? seems to me that on PPT2003 it allows you to crop images to the
boundaries of the slide, but I don't have a clue where MS put that option
in
their "improved" ribbon menu.
As an aside, I got distiller to work again after doing a repair
installation
from acrobat CS2. It broke after I installed MSOFFICE 2007 Ultimate. But
it
still can't make a PDF page when the pic goes beyond the slide margin.
I am beginning to think that Office 2007 Ultimate is possibly the worst
