hLooking for a way or style to have PowerPoint look like a pysical copy of
a
newspaper headline and article. Font, columns, headlines, grainy paper ...

I have used frameworks from www.PowerFrameworks.com to create a slide with a
newspaper-look. They offer PNG graphics of a "folded" newspaper, headlines,
dummy photos, etc. which you could integrate into the slide master to create
your own template. PowerFrameworks is a subscription based service, but they
offer a lot of very valuable graphics.
