Thank you Austin. The program runs in a corporate environment and as you might know, it takes ages to implement upgrades. So I have to edit manually all the pages!

Have you applied the latest service patch (3) to Office 03? If not that would be my first move.

I created a presentation in PowerPoint 2007 fine. Then I saved it in 2003 format and transferred it to another computer for printing. On this computer running PowerPoint 2003, all the header fonts grew larger. Reducing the format in MasterSlide is not affecting header font sizes in individual slides. Also some table column widths changed. What's going on? How can keep the integrity of original document for printing on another computer?
