Try sending him the Viewer through something like YouSendIt, or even better
send him these links:
Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer 2003 for Windows - http://snipurl.com/ppview2003
Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer 2007 for Windows - http://snipurl.com/ppview2007

I sent a friend a ppviewer.exe file as an attachment to my mail. He uses
outlook express, and when he downloaded it, it was called something like
ppviewer-03rxtt-dribble.exe The 03 to dribble is just my invention. It was
odd anyway. We finally found (we were doing this by phone) it in some
folder, and I asked him to double-click to install. Nothing happened. Does
anyone have an idea what's wrong here. Before I sent it to him, I used it
to easily and successfully install the viewer.
I'm not a Outlook Express user, so don't know if the above is typical. Why
the added stuff after ppviewer?
