In addition, if the recipient doesn't have PowerPoint or the free PowerPoint
viewer, they can't view it. Might as well have them all download the free
Viewer at:

I am using PowerPoint 97.
In the choices available in the "save as" drop down menu I find:
Presentation
PowerPoint Show
PowerPoint 95 & 97 Presentation
There is a problem sending presentations to others who may not have
PowerPoint or PowerPoint Viewer installed.
Which of the above choices (if any) will work for all recipients?
Which only work for those with at least Viewer installed?
Also what extensions are associated with each of the above.
Charlie
