You could also use WinZip to create a self extracting .exe file, where the
recipient does not require WinZip at the other end.

I have a ppt 2003 presentation with embedded and linked objects
It is packaged to a folder
How can I mail the whole folder so the complete pres can be seen?

Use WinZip to package the whole folder to an ZIP-file and attach that to
your mail (make sure the recipient has WinZip to unzip it).

Best regards,
Ute
