Re: Edit slide at some point of the animation scheme/timeline

Rob:

Instead of trying to accomplish all of this on one slide, break up the
animation across a couple of slides.

For instance: slide 1 - include the 1st frame shrink and motion path, slide
2 - include the smaller frame in position, and the dotted lines

Tip: use guidelines to position objects that you'll be growing or shrinking.
Use the intersection of 2 guides for your motion path start and end points.

Tip2: resize the frame on slide 2, place it in final position, then copy it
to slide 1. Animate the larger frame to shrink and move into position
(getting % as close as possible on shrink) -- then add Exit: Disappear same
time as end of the Motion Path, and Entrance: Appear for the smaller frame
you copied from slide 2.

Best wishes,

Hello all,

I would like to do the following. I have a picture (of a fly) in the
centre
of the slide, with a frame somewhere in the picture (around the eye of the
fly). The idea is, that the picture with frame will go to the lowerright
corner and shrink (this I can manage), and than dotted lines will appear
from
the corners of the frame to a zoom-in picture of the frame (the eye) that
then appears in the centre of the slide. I now have a problem in
positioning
the dotted lines exactly at the corners of the frame, because it seems not
possible to edit the slide after the movement and shrinkage of the first
picture. What I would like is therefore to freeze the animation at some
point
and add new objects to the slide from there.

I hope that my problem is clear and that someone has a solution for it...

Rob.
