Do you both have the same version of Reader? The first release or two were
buggy. See if updating helps.

But I don't think Reader is an "OLE server", meaning it doesn't serve up
"objects" you can insert in presentations. What exactly does the list box say
in the Insert Object dialog when you insert one of these things?
