Are you trying to connect to a secure server or location? If so, you may
need to log in to the site first, then run your PPT. If that isn't the case,
can you share the link so that one of us can try it?

I am trying to link to the internet. The error message comes up when I try
to use the hyperlink. I was definitely connected to the internet at the
time.
