To turn off the read only that happens when you copy a file from CD to hard
drive, right-click the file in Windows Explorer, choose Properties, and turn
off read only there.

I was wondering how to turn off the read only option on a presentation
Depends why the read only is happening.
Are you getting an error message, or at least a dialog box that says
something about read only? Or do you just need to know how to turn it off
after you copy a file from CD to your hard drive?
