I would like to package my presentations so that they cannot be edited or
"copy and pasted". At the same time I need video files to run as the
presentations are handed from instructor to instructor. I have tried the
"Package for CD" tool but users are still able to edit my presentations.
Any
help would be appreciated.
You can put a password on your files when you package for CD. It will foil
most users. It won't do anything to protect the actual video, though, as the
video is linked to the presentation.
To add a password when packaging for CD, go to File|Package for CD and click
the Options button. Put a modify password in there.
