First, you mentioned saving as a PSS file. Is it fair to assume that was a typo
and that you meant PPS instead?

Next, what exactly did you do to save the file? Choose File, Save As, navigate
to My Documents, change Save As Type to PowerPoint Show and save? Let's assume
so.
