Ooooooh, sorry. I thought you had the full Acrobat program installed. And so
then my brain went right back to add-ins! (I know you said before you'd
checked, but I was thinking maybe they were hidden.)

I have no idea if this will work or not, but try going to Start/Run and
typing

Regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll

It shouldn't hurt to try, anyway.
