Re: Need 2 broadcast PowerPoint via Internet realtime presenter co

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hi, Mike --

I understand. We struggle with those things, too. But if you want real-time
controls, just going to the same web page isn't gonna do the trick.

That's one of the reasons I like Communicast. They really worked with us to
deal with (and in some cases, eliminate) firewall issues, and you can have
online support techs available to help people if you want. I just find them
a bazillion times more responsive than WebEx. Oh, and I just double-checked,
and it seems the name is not VCall -- no Communicast. But it's the same
people.

I think any kind of application sharing-type thing is going to have some of
these issues. That's just the nature of our internet these days. The trick
is to find an app you can troubleshoot -- or find one responsive enough to
help you and your users troubleshoot on the fly.
