Michael, thank you so much for taking the time to answer. yes, I did embed
the wav file, because I knew that only wav's can be embedded and that's
exactly want I want, just a single file that plays with sound and all. All I
can think of is that either I am doing something wrong (inadvertently) or the
fact that this file was mp3 and then converted to wav does have a bearing in
the final result.
