Yes, but not as a diagram. You have to change the diagram to an image before
you can rotate it.
So copy the diagram, choose Edit/Paste Special, and then select an image
type from the list. I usually use WMF or EMF for diagrams.
If you want to keep your existing diagram (in case you need to make changes
to it), drag one corner to make it smaller, then drag the whole thing off
the edge of the slide for safekeeping.
