They should in theory, but Photoshop wants to do Color Management ... it adjusts
the RGB colors you enter so that they look more on your display like they will
on the printed output. It'll do this even if it has to make a completely WA
guess as to what the output will be printed on. ;-)
If you can totally disable CM (and I'm not familiar enough with PS to explain
how to do this ... shoot it, I think?) the colors should match. PPT does no CM
whatever, so RGB modified by no CM in Photoshop should = RGB in PPT.
But I like Troy's suggestion better. <g>
