Linking audio files to a presentation and making it a single file

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hi,

I made a presentation in MS Powerpoint and inserted some audo files into it.
Now to send to others, I have to send all the audio files too. This doe not
look very professional and the size is also too big to handle. Is there a way
all these audio files can be linked to the Powerpoint file and bundled [may
be like an executable file], so that I can send just one file to my audience?
A quick reply will be great as I am trying to crack this for almost two days
now. :) I tried the "Package to CD" option and did a "Copy to Folder" but the
new folder still had all the audio files as separate and it did not help.
