B/W Old Movie Special Effect

Hi,

I am doing a multimedia presentation using PP and wanted to have text on
slides in the same way they used to put speech dialog in the old Laurel and
Hardy films, where there is a lot of scratching and imperfection on the
slide and the text moves very slightly - like an old silent movie. Is there
some sort of effect that can do this? Any ideas
