Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

JerseyGirl,
Open you presentation, choose File - Save as, in the drop down list save as
choose jpg, png, wmf or whatever your prefer. Click on Save and you will be
asked is you want to save only the slide you are on or all slides in the
presentation.
You will find your slide under the same folder your presentation was in e.g
name presentation.jpg.
When you say put the picture on my desktop do you mean as a background. If
so right click your desktop - choose Properties - on the desktop tab -
browse to find your picture, hit open, hit OK.
That should do it for you.
