This has nothing to do with the Viewer or with Package for CD. You can't pause
your scrolling text since you've set it to loop continuously. If you need to
synch the text you'll probably need to incorporate the text into the video file.
Are the pause points predictable? If so, you might consider breaking the AVI
into chunks and present them on separate slides with the corresponding text.
