Package for CD Digital Certificate Problem

I receive the digital certificate error using Package for CD.

Article ID : 842311 in Knowledgebase.

But, I have SP1 installed and it is still a problem, but I think a different
one.

The article indicates the problem is when copying to a folder. I have the
problem with folder AND CD copying.

I have uninstalled viewer, reinstalled Office 2003 (without unstalling
first), reinstalled viewer, and the same thing happened.

I tried reinstalling SP1 but you can do that because there's a message that
it is already installed.

I have read through some threads that seem to be the same problem, and
haven't seen a fix. I have seen a few time wasting suggestions (uninstall
everything, reinstall everything, use Package for CD before applying SP1,
etc.).

Anyone know about a fix that has worked?
