Your first sound file is a WAV and is smaller than the limit that you have set
in Tools > Options > General, so it is embedded. The other sound files are
either not WAV files or their size exceeds the size limit you have set, so they
are linked.

Linked sound files will not work in a .PPS file from the web. You can either
ensure that all of the sound files are WAVs and are embedded, or you can create
a "zip" file containing all of the files and the presentation and require the
end user to download, unzip, and run the presentation from their system.
