Since the files play on all the systems after unpacking and copying, etc.,
your links seem to be intact. That's a good thing.

This makes me wonder which version of PPT is on the laptop and which version
the original file was created with. What I'm wondering is if the sound
animation settings have gotten mucked up -- different versions of PPT handle
the sound animations differently, so...
Can you make the minor spelling changes to the original file and repack and
move?
