There is a problem with Windows XP SP2 on a system that only has the PowerPoint
2003 Viewer installed and Outlook Express is the mail client. Users cannot open
a .ppt or .pps attachment. But the way the question was written Debra didn't
mention an attachment or the mail client or what program wasn't opening, so she
could be just having a problem using Outlook to open an email.
