I suspect you are looking to install PowerPoint on two computers, rather
then show PowerPoint on two screens.
Whether or not this can be done depends on reading the EULA (End user
license agreement) and seeing if your version allows for installing on any
other machine. There is a version (sorry don't remember the details) that
allows for installation on a single desktop and a single laptop, but most do
not allow that.
There are a few sites that have heavily discounted software to non-profit
groups, check with your district office to see if they have accounts with
these folks.
