Yeah you have some Movie Software like Muvee autoproducer or something on
these laptops... they are HP?
The easiest way to fix the problem is by removing the software...if you dont
use it...
The easiest way to fix the problem without removing the software is to
search for mc*.ax and rename the files.
These are the mainconcept mpeg filters/decoders which are installed by Muvee
Autoproducer or other video software
Reboot after renaming....
There are other ways but I don't like to type so much...
