The server application, source file, or item can't be found (when editing
MSGraph, Excel Charts, OrCharts)

This error can happen if MS Graph has somehow become unregistered. Read down
about half way and you will find this and other potential problems.
It is possible that the actual chart object has been corrupted. IF that is
the case, it might be just as easy to create a new chart with the old data.
(A pain, I know, but better than loosing the data.)
