It might be a problem with a corrupt image on a particular slide or it might be
a communications/buffer overflow problem that just happens to occur at that
point in the print run.

Does this always happen about the same number of pages into the print run or
even on the same page?

What if you reorder the presentation to put this slide earlier or later in the
presentation? Does the error follow the slide or does it continue to occur
roughly the same number of pages into the presentation?

What if you print the presentation in chunks of, say, ten pages at a time?
