What is the file extension of the file? If it is .PPS it will always open
in Slide Show mode. Changing it to .PPT will correct that and it will open
in Normal mode for editing. However, it would be better to have the users
download the file to their hard drive and select the folder where it is
stored. Otherwise it's stored in a temp location that is difficult to
locate. Unless they do a File > Save As, they may not be able to locate
their changed version later.
