    The templates are added and subtracted from with each new release. Those
    three aren't available unless you still have PowerPoint 2000 installed on
    your system. Or you could uninstall PowerPoint 2003, install PowerPoint
    2000 and find the templates and copy and save the POT files to some safe
    folder, then install PowerPoint 2003 and put the saved templates where
    PowerPoint will find them. See
