was correct, but we arent running norton, we are using McAfee, and in the government environment we are in, we cannot update machines like you would normally.

I did search most of that site, it was linked off of microsofts powerpoint page. A few of the powerpoint things I found were only for instances with ppt 97, which we arent using. We are only using office 2k with SR-1 and SP3. Ive reinstalled office a million times with and without the SP3, but we only SR1, which might be the cause. Ive only found one machine that it doesnt happen on, and this is on over 1000 machines that we support. It seems to happen on all of them, no matter the user or the version installed. I cannot find a difference in the one that works and the others that dont.
