If they have a computer they can download and install the free Viewer from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=428d5727-43ab-4f24-90b7-a94784af71a4&DisplayLang=en
(may need to copy and paste that string together in your browser).
As I said, capturing as video may disappoint you with the quality. There is
a tutorial at:
