This error message occurs due to a conflict between the 3DFX Voodoo graphics
card (and its associated driver) and Microsoft® .NET. There are two possible
solutions to the issue:

The first is to download a more up-to-date driver for the 3DFX Voodoo card. You
can download such a driver from the Voodoo files web site.

The second is to turn off the graphics acceleration on the graphics card. To do
so, follow the steps below:

Right click in empty space on your Desktop and choose PROPERTIES.
Click on the TROUBLESHOOT tab.
Using the slider provided, turn your hardware acceleration to None.

Just loaded Office XP Pro.  When opening Power Point I get
the following wrror:

I have Windows 98 with all updates and loaded update to
Office XP Pro.
Any Ideas how to fix this?
