I am using Office 2003. Does the EULA on a new purchase of Office 2007 Suite
Upgrade allow use on my 2 computers? All the posts I have read pertain to
OEM or previously sold packages. Thanks in advance.
You mention OEM in the body of your post which possibly confused me. If you are attempting to upgrade an OEM version of Office 2003 the below comments apply. If you are upgrading from a retail 2003 package that was purchased and the product key label has FPP on it (which identifies it as a retail version) you can upgrade two computers and see the information at the end of the OEM section for retail versions.
When you use an OEM product as the qualifier for an upgrade to Office 2007, the way I read the EULA for it (and some may disagree,) you would be restricted to the one install.
The pertinent part of the OEM section are items 1, 2 & 11 which I have reproduced from the following URL

2. INSTALLATION AND USE RIGHTS. The software license is permanently assigned to the device with which you acquired the software. That device is the “licensed device.” A hardware partition or blade is considered to be a separate device.

After you upgrade or convert, you may no longer use the earlier version of the
software you upgraded or converted from.

Hope the URL helps in your quest for knowledge.
