Peter, the only display I get is a box that say:

Installation Result

Installation Unsuccesful:
Security Update for Word 2000 (KB943990)
Security Update of Office 2000 (KB944425)
Security Update for Microsoft Office 2000 (KB947361)
Security Update for Microsoft Office 2000 Web Components (KB931660)


All there is is to click on the Finish button and then I do send the reports
to Microsoft for the failure.


You may be prompted to submit an installareion error report to Microsoft
when you exit the Wizard.

I keep trying to install the office updates and KB931660, KB947361, KB944425
and KB943990 keep failing to install. Any suggestions. I even tried to do
this in safe mode.
