MSO.MSP Problems!

I believe it started when I attempted to install
office2003-KB943985-v2-FullFile-ENU.exe. It eventually failed because of
lack of disk space and through the following week I installed other patches.
Eventually enough disk space was freed and the installation continued,
HOWEVER, it couldn't find the MSO.MSP file so I got the MS Office
installation disk and it couldn't find it there either. Therefore, when I
attempt to run EXCEL it tries to install it and it looks for the MSO.MSP
file. (All of the other Office products work properly. ) Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
