And to clarify this post a bit more... the Office Web Components (OWC) from
Office XP/2003 will also trigger the offering of Office 2003 SP3. This is
expected behavior since there are other programs that will install this
shared component. What is nice is that OWC will be listed in the Add/Remove
programs applet.
