RE: Office 2003 SP3 do not install on Vista Ultimate

The following extraction from the log shows 2 times the return value 3 and
they are located almost a the end of the log file that is 2,245 KB:

The problem seems to be related to the rollback feature. It looks like
their is something missing: in the MS installer or in the SP3 files ? I
have tried to do a MO Setup repair but after the SP3 update still gives me
back the same results.
