Post your Outlook version (OE is not a part of Office) and the exact error
messages.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
After furious head scratching, Karen asked:
| Downloaded Office updates, SR-1, 2, etc. Now I can't open Outlook or
