I downloaded and intalled it, ran MBSA again...still needed another update, "Microsoft Outlook update Dec 18, 2002". It is a small up date and you'd think it should be there being 4 yrs old. Well it won't install; I get 'installation unsuccessful' every time and I've tried all the suggestions. I could use some wise words if anyone has some. Thanks,
