Make the Office downloads go faster when DSL or cable are used

I'm downloading the Office 2003 updates and the Service pack 1 and the 2003
Outlook Junk E-mail filter are downloading at dial-up modem speeds while I
have DSL running. It should be a 5 or 10 minute download at most but will
take several hours. It made me double check that I'm at a Microsoft website
and not some spoofed hacker's website. Dumb.
