Microsoft Update doesn't seem Office 2000 and 2002 Updates?

I have Windows XP Professional SP2 with Office 2000 SP3 and Windows 2000 SP4 with Office 2002/XP. How come Microsoft Update cannot see them? I had to disable MS Update to get the Office updates.
