Outlook 2003 Duplicate emails

I have fully updated Office 2003 and I cannot stop receiving duplicate e-mail
messages. I tried deleting and re-creating the account and it did nothing.
This machine is set to "leave messages on server" and we have another machine
which is downloading from same pop account but is set to "delete after 3
days". I know there was a hotfix in Sept. for this issue supposedly, but I
assumed that it should be installed if Office is fully updated. Any ideas?
