RE: SR-3 won't download because I need SR-1. Looking for data1pro.ms.

Make sure you're using the right CD. I tried searching for this data1pro.msi
file but can't find it. Are you certain that's the name of the file?
Make sure to go to Add\Remove programs and verify what version of Office you
have installed.
