Make major service packs available on CD's for dial-up customers.

Please make a link on your various update sites where customers can order a
CD for major service packs. Many customers are still connected to dial-up
modems, which makes downloading times prohibitive.

I have searched all over your sites for a link to order a CD and I cannot
find a way to do it. For example, I would like to get Service Pack 3 for
Office XP. In the past I have had to grope around for a phone number to
call. It would be much easier with a link on your update sites.

Thank you.
